On the Human Inability of Resurrecting Things is a critique on the human attitudes that have disregarded natural areas and traditional cultures by focusing solely on ‘economic growth’. Examples of these attitudes include the construction of large dams for hydroelectric power and burning and logging activities for the expansion of pastureland.
On the Human Inability of Resurrecting Things is a representation of an impossible resurrection of the damaged ecosystems, traditional cultures and species, conveyed by means of photography and landscape interventions using textiles.
